So I spend a lot of time on social media and some of the things about it are always these huge manhunts for missing girls and the reports of people who are massively injured in law enforcements. I have little positive opinion on either of these things. Since more often I find myself facing issues with separate types of crimes, I don’t exactly have any opinions on these sorts of brutalities or anything. the truth is, I just feel concerned about whether people are treated fairly. Of course, this comes to haunt me when I see people killed in senseless and violent murders on the street. Even before the Stop Asian Hate Movement, there were movements apparently. I feel bad that my community has to suffer from the current segregation and directed targeting… as for American Poverty, I feel since I live in a really affluent area, it would be too ironic for me to write about poverty. The American People were the poor, refugees, the sick, the tired, and some more, but it still makes me sort of glad the country is comprised of people who want to explore.
lastly, words on Instagram from a high school classmate.

it’s a screenshot granted, but those are her words on the class experience. Adieu 🙂
